Narwhalia Celebrates - new Treasure Hunt - see below

We get a number of families with children attending our events, and have introduced some FREE activities for all the family to enjoy.

Check out our new Creative Spirit Zone below where children can unleash their creativity.

Also, we have added a 'Messages from Water' project which is a fascinating insight into water crystals and how they are affected by different words.

Narwhalia Celebrates

Faeries love life and love any excuse for a celebration, and this year, they have a really excellent one. Princess Gossamer Moonwand comes of age! In Narwhalia, this means she has her 21st birthday.

a faerieAs she is the eldest daughter of King Serendipity and Queen Pandora, Princess Gossamer Moonwand is due to be appointed 'Keeper of the Golden Key to The Fount of All Knowledge' on her birthday. This is a most important occasion and one that will be celebrated by all Narwhalians in grand style.

The title is due to be bestowed upon Princess Gossamer Moonwand by her cousin Prince Thorn Hailglimmer, who was unfortunately turned into a frog by Gezendorth, a most Wicked Witch. He will be accompanied at the ceremony by his wife, Princess Columbine, unfortunately turned into a beautiful bird by Gezendorth at the same time.

When Gezendorth performed these wicked spells, Narwhalians, determined to stop any further disasters befalling their much loved Royal Family, and two volunteered to set try and steal her Ruby Slippers, the source of her power. They managed to make off with one of her Ruby Slippers and so reduced her power, but in so doing, the two brave faeries who undertook the mission were turned into a rabbit and hedgehog. Both were proud to have succeeded in part although had they managed to get both slippers, all Gezendorth's power would have been taken. At least having it reduced to half makes faeries feel much happier.

ruby slippersThe captured Ruby Slipper is under the guard of these two brave faeries, Faierie Hex Yewfrost, now unfortunately a hedgehog and Faerie Fidgit Elfwand, now unfortunately a rabbit! It forms part of the Narwharlian 'Royal Treasures' and is displayed at ceremonial occasions, such as the one about to take place. Other 'Royal Treasures' on display for the ceremony will be 'The Silver Acorn of New Beginnings', 'The Golden Candle of Clear Vision', 'The Silver Mask of Hidden Emotions' and not forgetting the 'Golden Key' itself. The important proclamation due to be read out during the ceremony will of course, be presented in the 'Scarlet Case of Wise Words' as are all important proclamations.

Now...we have a problem...Hex Yewfrost and Fidgit Elfewand set off to bring the treasures and 'Scarlet Case of Wise Words' from the treasure house of Narwhalia. Their mission was to bring these items safely to the ceremony and to collect Prince Thron Haliflimmer and Princess Columbine on the way back, thus insuring them safe passage to the ceremony. None of them have arrived! The treasures, the two escorts and the prince and princess are missing! What a huge catastrophe! What can have befallen them? To make matters worse, Oak Reedancer, the Dragonfly messenger to King Serendipity and Field Elfflitter, the Butterfly attendant to Queen Pandora have set off in search of the missing party and treasures and have failed to return too.

a faerieHas Gezendorth imprisoned them all? Can you help to find them in time for the important ceremony?

Princess Gossamer Moonwand is beside herself with worry - can you please try to help her? She has a reward for all those that can find her friends and the important Narwhalian Treasures and so enable the ceremony to take place.

The Merfolk And The Sacred Waters
of Lemuria Treasure Quest

Not far from where you now stand, is a hidden doorway, which leads to the Queendom of Lemuria. It is a beautiful and magical place, where the Mermaids, Mermen, Undines, Water Sprits and all the fish and creatures of the seas and rivers live happily together.

merfolkJust the other day however, a newly employed Merguard of the Gateway between Lemuria and Mother Earth, forgot to lock the door at seven minutes past seven!

You may think "What does that matter?" but it matters very much. Why? Because if all Merfolk do not return to Lemuria by that precise time and if the door is not locked at that very minute, they risk being seen by human people.

Not only that, whilst the Gateway was left open a mischievous otter named Osgood, who loves to play hide and seek, took some Treasures from the Lemorian Long Gallery of Exhibits.

Not only did he take these magical treasures, but he also tool the Lemurian Doctrine of Still Waters! Without their treasures and the Doctrine, all Merfolk are in disharmony and for harmony to be restored, the treasures must be found.

NeshtuNeshtu, the Princess of Lemuria, and Queen in Waiting, a most kind and caring Mermaid, has asked that you help her and her people by joining the Quest to find the treasures of Lemuria.

You will need keen eyes to discover the whereabouts of the hidden treasures, Osgood is very good at hide and seek!

Neshtu and her people will be so happy if you will help them though, that Her Royal Highness has instructed certain Earth people in the ways of Lemuria and given them permission to thank you on her behalf.

When you have found all the treasures, return to the desk where you collected your quest sheet and the Lemurian helpers will offer you a gift in gratitude and a certificate of thankfulness should you succeed.

'Messages in Water' project

Dr Masaru Emoto, an ingenious Japanese researcher, has undertaken amazing research to see how positive and negative vibrations can influence water. From this he has published important books, "The Message from Water," volumes 1,2 & 3.

love as stored in a water crystalWith the recent popularity in music therapy, Dr. Emoto decided to see what effects music has on the structuring of water. He placed distilled water between two speakers for several hours and then photographed the crystals that formed after the water was frozen.

After seeing water react to different environmental conditions, pollution and music, Dr. Emoto and colleagues decided to see how thoughts and words affected the formation of untreated, distilled, water crystals, using words typed onto paper by a word processor and taped on glass bottles overnight. The same procedure was performed using the names of deceased persons. The waters were then frozen and photographed. Positive words produced beautiful crystals, whereas negative words produced distorted, ugly crystals.

Think for a moment...up to 60% of the human body is water, the brain is composed of 70% water and the lungs are nearly 90% water. About 83% or our blood is water and each day humans must replace 2.4 litres of water either by drinking or from the food we eat. Water covers 70% of our planet too! If water crystals can be so affected by harsh words and kind words, then just how much will we likewise be affected because of the water within us!

Instructions

Write your kind, loving or beautiful word or thought on the piece of tape provided. Tape it to the bottle of water.

At the end of each event, the bottle will be donated to a Hospice for their patients, used in healing, or returned to the environment locally to the show, to take the positive energies you have created, to our planet.
