FAB news about our Prayer for World Peace. There are nearly 40,000 left me now flying around our world on the wings of love - thank you again for all your continued support. I am now working very closely with the Universal Peace Federation and the Women's World Peace Federation (see links to both on my website) who in turn have links to seniors in all religious groups, government and United Nations. There is a UPF Peace Council meeting on Saturday 5th December.

Also, I have now been asked to work with another women's group called "Uniting the Nations" which is organising a Ball of Dames in Birmingham on Friday 23 October. However, the most exciting news about our Prayer is I have just placed an order for another 20,000 postcards and have been guided and inspired to slightly update the wording. It is now titled "Global Peace Prayer" and has changes which bring the wording into the present tense now we have a strong foundation. So we now have a second updated version.

Thank you again for all your incredible and immeasurable love and support. My words cannot convey how very much I appreciate all you have already done to support our intention. I look forward to seeing you again very soon.

Vanessa was awarded the coveted Ambassador for Peace award from the Universal Peace Federation and attended the House of Commons on 2nd April, 2009. Here is Vanessa's experience:

"I enjoyed a most amazing day on many levels. There were about 300 people at our meeting including Heads of Jewish, Hindu, Muslim faiths and many other Interfaith and spiritual people. The speakers were mixed and passionate in coming from their hearts in what they said. THE most amazing thing: The G20 meeting was at the Excel centre so the House of Commons was empty of Ministers - and in their place was US! What a spiritual imprint was created - through the catflap as always!! Even more amazing the Global Peace Festival last November was held at Excel - so we sort of switched venues!

On the evening of 14 April I will be working with the Global Peace Federation again when there will be a historical event happening in a ceremony where senior members of the Christian, Jewish and Muslim faiths comed together to celebrate Easter, Passover and Miladun nabi (Prophet Mohamid birthday pbuh). I am meeting some amazing people at the moment and being gifted some lovely opportunities.

There are now 30,000 of the Prayer cards having left me and I am just about to get some more printed."

Vanessa donated a banner with this prayer for our events and provides, at her own cost, a postcard with the words on for people to pick up.
