Do you want to share in one of biggest secrets of the last 500 years? Do you want to know why your local church was built where it is exactly? Do you want to know about the elixir of life, long sought after and the subject of many false claims? The answer is ley lines. These are the subtle lines which carry the vital life-force which flows in straight lines around the surface of the globe. They distribute the essential "heaven's breath" around the planet, which flows through it, along the surface, and in the air above it, which the psychics term the ether or the planet's aura.

Ancient peoples, the Pagans, Celts, and Druids knew about ley lines and where to find there was a concentration of energy. They made these their special places where they had ceremony and religious rites. When Christianity came on the scene, it took over these sacred places of the Pagans and built their churches there. In the Middle Ages when there was a burst of church building, with every village wanting its own church, the church authorities took advice from a secret organisation known as the Knights Templars. These people had the skill to use energies. They could create a new line, or an energy spot and could send energy remotely to a person or place.

What is this energy? All living things to be alive, require it on a daily basis. We remember the line in "Star Wars" of "may the force be with you!" This refers to "universal energy" or "earth energy" that flows in the ley lines. It comes from the stars, and prior to that it comes from the spirit realms. All stars and all planets and moons in the universe are connected by straight lines of this energy. It is what makes a planet a living thing. Instead of veins and arteries carrying blood, it has ley lines carrying the life-force.

Just as when our blood is damaged, we are more prone to infection and illness, so it is when ley lines are damaged, the planet becomes more prone to natural disaster. These include earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, drought, flood and famine. There is a cumulative effect to the damage process; once an area is damaged it becomes more likely to receive future damage.

...how can we detect ley lines?

The planet generally coped with natural disaster but since modern man came on the scene, there has been a sharp increase in damage. This is partly emotional or psychic damage caused by his warfare, violence and brutality. When we experience fear, we create emotional vibrations inside us. These leave our body and enter the ether. They remain there, sometimes for a long period. If a large group experience great fear and does so on a ley line, the line can become partially or completely blocked. Alternatively, the balance of the mix of the components can be disturbed. This produces consequences for the people who subsequently come into contact with the energies. Their emotions will be affected, usually unconsciously.

Our emotional state is very much influenced by the quality of the energies we "breathe", or absorb into our energy body. When flowing normally and in balance, the energy induces a calm mood, an inner peace. It stimulates thought and promotes good health. Conversely, when soured or unbalanced, our emotions can be out of sorts. We can feel irritable and short tempered. We can have sleep problems and nightmares. If we have a health weakness, the damaged energy will make us more prone to illness in that place in our body. Inner cities in general are places with weak and damaged energies.

How can we detect ley lines? We can draw them on an ordnance survey map! If we use a ruler and can align three ancient monuments, that is a strong clue we have discovered a line. If we stand on a ley line, many people get a sensation in their body in various ways. If you do not, you can use a dowsing pendulum or rods to confirm whether you are on a line or not.

If you have been house-hunting, and one home has had a peaceful feel to it that others have not, the answer could be it is on a ley line or energy spot. If you go into a home or workplace and start to feel uncomfortable but do not know why, it could be perhaps the energy is damaged there. This condition has been labelled "geopathic stress" and "sick building syndrome". It is so called because people suffer a series of minor recurring ailments. In fact, the building does not have a problem, it is because it is built over damaged energies.

...the energy can produce a feeling a peace...

When flowing properly, there is a "gin and tonic" effect. The reason nearly all Christian churches are on ley lines is the energy can produce a feeling a peace, which the church would like the public to believe is caused by religion. The energy vibrations influence our brain wave patterns and cause the peaceful ambience. Any house on a ley line should attract a price premium! If a house is difficult to sell or let, it may be because it has damaged energies.

In my research, I have found the vast majority of churches are on ley lines (the exceptions are modern churches.) the nobility and aristocracy built their homes on ley lines. Burley House and Thoresby Hall are two examples. Near all monasteries, abbeys and priories are on a ley line. What did all these people know but we have forgotten? A ley line is life-enhancing and worth seeking out.
