Welcome to our 2012 events

We are delighted to present our 2012 exhibitor area and hope to have you with us this year.

Regular exhibitors please note - there are changes to the terms and conditions with regard to deposits and cancellation terms and existing exhibitors who only do one particular show, please note the new stage payment requirement. Please do read these as this forms the basis of our contract with you.

As you may know, we limit the number of stands in certain categories and bookings are accepted on a first come, first served basis until the category is full, so if you are in one of the popular categories, such as crystal stand, jewellery stand, reader, aura camera, branded product such as Forever Living or Bioflow etc., please book early.

The rolling deposit enables you to book for the year ahead without serious difficulty to cash flow and we would encourage you to do this if possible as this is beneficial to us both; you are assured a place and I reduce my paperwork and save trees! We would encourage you to book as soon as possible, as shows fill fast. Last year when we released the booking pack, for the second year running, Newark in both February and September filled in about three weeks, so September 2011 was fully booked well before we even ran the September 2010 show!

Please note that bookings are only accepted on booking forms received. In no circumstances do we 'assume' you wish to book, even if you are a long standing exhibitor or have already mentioned it. We must receive your forms please, to avoid any confusion at a later date. These may be completed and e-mailed for speed if you wish.

When filling out your forms you will note there are three price bands. This is solely due to the differences in overheads of some events. Manchester is a totally different arrangement to all the other shows, in that the stand configurations and pricing structure is quite different. It therefore has its own booking form, but if booking it along with shows on the General Booking Form, only the one rolling deposit is required and you need only complete the reverse of the Manchester form to add to the general form.

We have kept the annual price increase to a minimum to assist you all in this economic climate, and once again, have split the VAT from the total so you can see how much of your fee is for BSSK and how much for the government, making it easier for comparison purposes.

Please read the 2012 terms and conditions and other information sheets carefully as these are the terms your booking is accepted upon.

If you are an existing BSSK exhibitor, at the end of 2011, please retain your exhibitor badge and your reader feedback badges (if applicable), for use again next year. In the event of them being lost, replacements are available at a cost of £1 each.
