York-based workshop facilitator Sharon Emery, well known for her unique brand of uplifting and motivational creative writing events, specialises in Poetry as therapy and Journaling.

BECKY WALSH
Becky Walsh has been a teacher, speaker and workshop leader for many years in the field of spirituality, intuition and consciousness.

She is the author of three books including Amazon best seller 'Advanced Psychic Development and Intuitive Lovers' she also writes for many magazines. Perhaps best known for having presented and produced her own Radio show on LBC 97.3 a three hour show which enjoyed 97,000 listeners. Becky has been used as a regular TV pundit. She also performs live shows with her company and solo stand up comedy.

Becky has taught around the world including Hong Kong, Pakistan and through-out America, she is also a partner in a retreat centre in Chile. Becky has been a teacher at 'The College of Psychic Studies' in London for over 6 years. She also runs community groups in London and Bristol.

Becky has a degree in interdisciplinary studies from 'California Institute of Integral Studies San Francisco, is based in the UK and has a private practice for consultations in Bristol and London.

EVE HOLDER
Author of 'All is Perfect Now' - Throughout Eve's professional life she has held a number of management and leadership positions, many of which have involved influencing and supporting change within the work place to optimise services and people.

Having predominantly worked within health and development environments, Eve has been able to balance her management skills with therapeutic offerings. She has enhanced her skills in coaching, training and facilitation whilst working as a business change consultant on a national programme, supporting clinical staff to make change and find benefits in new ways of working.

Following her first visit to university Eve went to work with young people, supporting them into the work place. As part of the programme Eve would work with the young people within a retreat environment and use outdoor education as a media to encourage personal change. This influence can still be seen in Eve's approach today, with 'walk and talk' being part of her toolkit.

Much of her learning whilst working in the mental health field has enabled Eve to understand the need for talking therapies. Working within day services it was evident that people experiencing mental health issues needed listening, support and help to improve their self esteem and coping strategies. Eve also brought many holistic therapists and natural therapies into the day services she managed to give the service users variety and an opportunity to experience alternatives to healing. Eve's work experience has been influential to who she is today and how she approaches her clients and the change programmes she puts together.
