The Workshop

In this workshop you will learn a combination of relaxation techniques and Tibetan massage of self use, for a healthier body and a calmer mind.

You will also learn a basic meditation to help you de-stress after a hard day at work or looking after the home and children.

When practiced on a regular basis these techniques will even help you to cope with stressful situations, having a more positive affect on the way you deal with them and therefore better outcomes.

Things you will need.

  • A cushion and blanket
  • A note book and pen
  • Packed lunch
  • Bottled water
