Who would benefit from attending the workshops?
These workshops are for those people who realise that a journey begins with a single step and are ready to learn how to pick up their feet and begin. So if you would describe yourself as stuck, lost, unsure, dithering, or just so bored you KNOW there is more to life, then Seeking Change could be for you.
What happens when I enrol?
When you enrol with Seeking Change, you will receive the first handbook of this extensive course. Workbook 1 gives you 'food for thought' in the form of questionnaires which you can complete in the comfort of your own home before attending the 1st day in your process of Seeking Change.
This pre-work will give you more understanding of where you are now, how you got there, and help you define the changes you seek. With this pre course work done you will have started your change. On the first day of the attended workshop you will learn, with other Seekers, how to achieve your change. You will use your questionnaires, combined with fun activities, group coaching, and a unique mix of techniques from counselling, relationship therapy, cognitive hypnotherapy and Neuro-linguistic programming to establish and promote the changes you seek. You go home with workbook 3 to take you further down the path of change.
Group support doesn't end after day 1, with the Seeking Change ongoing support Forum there to support and encourage everyone's process of moving forward, thus making the change a collective collaborative effort as well as an individual goal, making like-minded friends as you progress upon your path of change. When you change your thoughts you change your life. Life itself, however, may not change as immediately as you would like. Jobs, homes, countries, relationships, whatever you want to change, cannot realistically happen overnight for everyone; life is a process, so is change.
Need more?
Individual therapy, via any discipline we use is available at any time. We both use brief therapy techniques for cost effective solutions to support your change, including reviewing and consolidating your progress so far, refining your techniques of personal change to cement your change and realise your goals.
Our Seeking Change formula doesn't give you a one hit solution; you can use the tools you will have gained during the Seeking Change process to help you many times over in the course of your life to apply to any change you may want to happen. This is an investment in your life, not just in a workshop.
