Aim of Workshop

Although an introductory day, if the participant chooses to do the one year F&G Essence Practitioner Course, this day can count as the first day. The practitioner course would need to be started within 6 months of the workshop to ensure the work is still fresh in the participant's mind.

Essences are made from the energy vibrations of flowers and/or crystals and work on the mind, emotions, soul and spirit.

Essences can help us to recognise, resolve and release negative, limiting or destructive patterns of thought or behaviour and they support us in the process of making necessary changes so that we are able to experience a greater sense of harmony and well-being in our lives.

Content of Workshop

This day will cover what essences are, how they work and making a basic essence:

  • The history of (flower) essences and how they have evolved
  • The chemistry of water
  • Theories of how flowers essences might work
  • Dowsing - positive/negative; using lists and arcs
  • Selecting of essences for personal work
  • Basic Health & Safety
  • Subtle Energy Systems
