Crystals and essences are a natural combination therapy; they work seamlessly together to enhance all levels of well-being and can be used by the beginner or the more experienced energy worker.
The morning will cover a basic introduction to energy work, crystals and essences bringing you an understanding of how we can work with them on a vibrational level for healing, growth, release & transformation.
We'll explore a variety of crystals and also essences from the Bach, Go Natural and The Angel Garden ranges.
The afternoon will be tailored on a more personal level. We'll work with crystals to discover what you need to work with at the moment and will create a crystal grid to bring healing at the level you need the most.
An essence will then be made, capturing the energy of the grid and enabling you to work with that away from the workshop. The essence will enhance the work started during the crystal session and will support you through the process of healing, Clearing and/or transformation.
You'll receive a handout of the basics of crystal and essence work and will also receive a certificate of attendance that may count towards CPPD points.
